Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Product received damaged or defective
- Printing error (quality not as expected)
- Wrong item received (wrong size or wrong model)
Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer) are not accepted, as our products are made on demand only after order confirmation.
Claim Deadline
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item received (if damaged)
We will respond within 48 to 72 hours with the next steps.
